Yep, the rumors were true: Cingular and RIM have announced the launch of the BlackBerry 8700c, the first EDGE-enabled BlackBerry handset. The new and faster QWERTY wonder packs quite a punch, what with features like an Intel XScale PXA901 CPU, a 320x240 pixel resolution 65k color TFT LCD screen, Bluetooth, quad band, 64MB flash memory, and 16MB SRAM. It'll cost you $299 for a two-year agreement, and will be available for sale starting November 21st.
